The School of Management (SOM) expects its students to possess five core competencies: practical skills in application, innovative and diverse thinking, character leadership, service learning experience, and digital literacy. Intending to cultivate well-rounded business management talents, the SOM’s curriculum focuses on enhancing students’ moral qualities, interdisciplinary professionalism, and practical business management and decision-making capabilities.
